This hotel is located in a nice neighborhood right by the river, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I especially loved the view of the castle from my window. The breakfast, although not overly extensive, included some delicious cakes to start the day right.
No major issues, everything was ok.

The hotel was in a good location for us, just a short walk to tram stop where we picked up number 17 and that got us into the thick of things. The front desk staff were very stiff, but I think this might be the culture. The bathroom in our room was clean, but had an awful smell. Breakfast was included in the cost of the room and it was more than adequate to start the day and the staff kept all bread baskets and cheese/meat platters well supplied.
The bathroom in our room had an awful smell.

Suite was excellent value for money. Spacious and comfortably furnished with helpfull staff. Very convenient for the Prague tram system which allows rapid, convenient and inexpensive access to all areas of Prague. Individual lockup garage for car meant parking worries could be forgotten. Ideal for those with car.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location by the river and near the centre. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with old sofas and TVs for a charming touch. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service. Don't miss the included breakfast, which includes delicious cakes and even a view of the castle.
All was satisfactory, no complaints.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It was easy to get directons, transport tickets, etc. The location is handy to the old town but not noisy at all.
My only serious complaint is the water system. Showers are nice, but fixtures are very low quality. THe water pressure was terrible and there was no hot water during the morning when demand on the system was highest.

A spacious apartment with a wonderful view of the river and the castle. The tram brought us to the centre in no time.

This hotel is placed in a great location with many restaurants and public transport near it. some rooms might offer you spectacular views of the river, castle, and city. some receptionists are genuinely helpful and try their best for an early check-in.
From the reviews, it's clear that the air conditioning doesn't work well, and some amenities, like curtains, seem missing in their rooms.

Wi-Fi and silence in the room.
Hot water sullpy was changeable, it wasn't sometimes. Room cleaning was middling. Soap and shampoo set was one for a week.

The staff were polite, the room was very clean and had everything that was advertised. The breakfast was not luxurious but still more than adequate and the mini bar was actually affordable! The location was great, it was only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Prague and being by the river provided an enjoyable view on the way. This also meant that we were able to discover small cafes and restaurants on the way that were a little cheaper than the ones in the main squares. Tesco round the corner was very useful too. Overall, perfect for two students or couples looking for a budget(ish) stay with a few added luxuries.

The hotel had a great location with a tram stop nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good selection. The view from our room was incredible, overlooking the river and Prague Castle. The room itself was spacious and had modern facilities.
Nothing.

We stayed at the highest floor, the 5th (all other floors have balconies) so ours was shaped like the attic. But the room was big and comfortable and facing the river. Buffet breakfast was good and we enjoyed it. It's near to the city and you can walk or take a bus. A stroll by the river in the morning is nice and won't take more than half an hour to get into the heart of Prague.
it's not really 250m from the station, maybe 1-2km? but it's still a nice walk down the river.

Location is good, which is near the Tram station and in front of Vitava river with good view, especially on the top (5th) floor. Hotel staffs were very friendly and someone waited for us when we arrived late at 11pm (with pre-notification).
The room floors are located at split-levels with the elevator/lift, so you still need to carry your bags to your rooms (bring small luggages is preferred). Breakfast is included, but the served meats are only pork. Muslim travellers could only have options with omellete, pastries and corn-flakes.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the spacious rooms and old-fashioned decor. The fully equipped kitchen in the rooms is a convenient addition, allowing guests to prepare their own meals if they wish. The location by the river is lovely, with views of the castle, and it's just a short walk or tram ride to the city center.
All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory.

The apartment was very spacious and had a feeling of grandeur.. Breakfast was good and the minbar items cost no more than in the shops.
It wasn't as near to the Charles Bridge / Castle as we had expected from the description. It could have been a little further along the river to the action but there were regular trams if you didn't want the walk which was pleasant anyway as it was along the riverside

The service staff was very friendly. The tram stop is next to the hotel door, goes frequently to the center, some 8 minutes drive.
Well, there was no view on the castle. There was no view at all. The room was in the basement!
